TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THE CHURCH CREATIVE CLUB GROUP COACHING PROGRAM

By enrolling in the Church Creative Club Group Coaching Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Program Access & Participation

1.1. Participation in the Program is available only to individuals who have completed registration and payment in full.
1.2. The Program includes live coaching sessions, recorded content, downloadable resources, and interactive discussions.
1.3. Participants must maintain a respectful and professional attitude in all Program-related communications.

2. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

2.1. All content, including but not limited to coaching strategies, templates, recordings, and other materials provided within the Program, is the exclusive property of Brand Your Church.
2.2. Participants agree not to share, distribute, copy, or reproduce any Program materials, recordings, or proprietary information with non-participants, including but not limited to staff, volunteers, or other organizations that have not paid for access.
2.3. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Program materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

3. Recording & Use of Likeness

3.1. Coaching sessions may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and future educational use by Brand Your Church.
3.2. By participating in the Program, you consent to being recorded and grant Brand Your Church the right to use your likeness, voice, and contributions in promotional and educational materials.
3.3. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing before the start of the Program and may be required to participate with audio and/or video disabled.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1. All payments must be made in full before access to the Program is granted.
4.2. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
4.3. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will have access to the recorded content (unless otherwise specified).

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Participants agree to engage in a respectful, constructive, and positive manner during all coaching sessions and discussions.
5.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or the coaching team may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Brand Your Church is not responsible for any business or ministry outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.
6.2. The coaching and materials provided are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.

7. Agreement & Consent

By registering for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge that violation of these terms may result in removal from the Program without refund and potential legal consequences.
